Lets see I started with some of the state first of course then went to Germany. Then I went to Austrailia for a year. Then of course after 9/11 I went to Iraq for two tours then one tour in Afganistan. After all that I ended my 7 long years in Hawaii for a second time.

Lets see he is a military man all the way. He got me interested in joining before 9/11 happen and he has endured some time in considering when I was born he was 26 and he was a sargent then and now he is a 3rd star general after serving a nice 28 years in. First Night Out
The first real "go" at picture rating has shown just how far-out bastardly peoples can be. Give out a few bad ratings for pictures that looked like they were taken at the worst possible moments, or in the style of a facebook account (camera-phone/digital taken with outstretched arm). Wild Rice And Chicken Casserole
WILD RICE AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 1 cup chicken fat or butter or margarine 1 cup flour 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 3 cups chicken broth* 4 1/2 cups milk 2/3 cups slivered almonds 1 cup bell pepper, chopped 4 1/2 cups cooked wild rice 6 cups cubed, cooked chicken 3 (6 oz) cans drained, sliced mushrooms 1 (4 oz) jar sliced, drained pimientos Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt fat in large, heavy saucepan. Blend in flour, salt and pepper and cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in milk and chicken broth. Heat to boil, stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 12-inch baking dishes. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with minced parsley before serving. *Chicken broth may be made by dissolving 3 chicken cubes in 3 cups water. Makes 24 servings

Saute until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add tomatoes, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add green peppers and shrimp and heat. Serve hot over cooked rice. Makes 8-10 servings

LINGUINE WITH WHITE CLAM SAUCE 8 ounces linguine 2 6 1/2 cans minced clams light cream or milk 1/2 cup chipped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons butter ot margarine 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon parsley 1/4 cup dry white wine 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, drain clams, reserving liquid from one can. Add enough light cream or milk to the reserved liquid to make 2 cups. For sauce, in a medium saucepan cook onion and garlic in butter or margarine till tender. Stir in flour,oregano, salt and pepper. Add cream mixture all at once. Cook an stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Stir in clams, parsley and wine. Heat through. Serve sauce over linguine. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 servings.

CRAWFISH ETOUFFEE 1 pound fresh or frozen peeled crawfish tails ordeveined shrimp 2 cups chopped onion 1 cup finely chopped celery 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 tablespoons cooking oil, butter, or margarine 2 tablespoons crawfish fat, margarine or butter 4 teaspoons cornstarch 1/2 cup tomato sauce 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 2 cups hot cooked rice Thaw crawfish tails or shrimp, if frozen. In a large saucepan cook onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic, covered, in in cooking oil for 10 minutes or until tender. Add crawfish fat; stir till melted. Srit in cornstarch. Add tomato sauce, red pepper, 1 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Cook and stir till bubbly. Add crawfish tails or shrimp. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 4 to 5 minutes or until crawfish or shrimp is tender (shrimp turn pink). Season to taste. Serve over rice. Serves 4.

Crab Cakes
CRAB CAKES In a small saucepan cook 1/4 cup finely chopped onion in 2 tablespoons margarine or butter till tender. In a medium mixing bowl combine 3 beaten eggs, 2/3 cups cup fine dry bread crumbs, 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce, and 1 teaspoon dry mustard. Stir in onion mixture and 2 6-ounce cans of crab meat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed. Using about 1/3 cup crab mixture for each, shape into 1/2-inch thick patties. Coat patties with 1/4 cups fine dry bread crumbs. In a large skillet heat1/4 cup shortening or cooking oil. Add half of the patties. Cook over medium heat about 3 minutes per side or till golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Keep warm in a 300 degree oven while frying remaining patties. Serve warm with lemonn wedges. Makes 6 servings.

Blackened Redfish
BLACKENED REDFISH 4 4-ounce fresh or frozen or fresh resfish or red snapper fillets 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted Thaw fish, if frozen. Measure thickness of fish. Combine onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper, red pepper, black pepper, thyme, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Brush fillets with some of the melted butter. Coat fillets evenly on both sides with pepper mixture. Remove grill rack. Place a cast-iron 12-inch skillet directly on coals. Heat for 5 minutes or till a drop of water sizzles in skillet. Add fish to skillet. Drizzle with remaining butter. Cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes on each sides for 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick fillets. (3 to 4 minutes per side sor 1 inch thick fillets) or untill fish flakes with a fork. Serves 6.

NOODLE AND TUNA CASSEROLE 1 (7 oz) can tuna fish 1 (10 3/4 oz ) can cream of mushroom soup 2 cups noodles (before cooking) buttered bread crumbs Cook noodles in salted water,drain and rinse in cold water. Put tuna and noodles in buttered casserole in alternate layers, haing both the bottom and top layer noodles. Put the buttered crumbs on top and bake in a 350 degree oven, 45 minutes.

Back To Brazilian Jujitsu....
Last night i joined some great friends of mine that have a private brazilian jujitsu club and rolled for the first time in about a year. It was a good hard work out filled with lots of conditioning and basics. We did a lot of ab work and other conditioning as it pertains to grappling. I definitely felt my time away last night as my conditioning is no where close to what it used to be. I love to roll and miss it and i miss my friends every time life takes me away from training to focus on other things. Last night they gave me an open invitation to join them whenever i can and i certainly plan to. Funniest thing is the garage is only heated by a propane heater and after we've rolled for 90 minutes everyone has steam rising from them due to the cold in the garage. That is always good for a post workout laugh. Its also a great feeling to peel off the gi top after training and feel how heavy it is with sweat. Did I mention how much i love to train? Jessie's Surgery 10-29-08..day From Hell!!!
So this surgery was to remove all the lymph nodes under Jessie's right arm.Jessie's appt. was for 1:30 but we had to be there 2 hrs early for prep.She wasnt allowed to eat or drink after midnight the night be4.So she made sure she ate around 9 the previous night. I found this to be interesting. Although, many of as all know about what to look for in a scam. But did you know that if you cash a check that you to could be charged with a felony? Dads Biopsy Results
Hello all..took dad up to James Cancer Hospital at OSU this morning.to talk to the surgeon about the tumor on dads kidney that He removed on Oct 17th 2008..It ...was....cancer..it is called Cystic Cancer of the kidney..Dr.said that the test proved that He got it ....all out...and dads has a ...95% chance of it ...never ....coming back...He was very happy and said dad was doing good and he wanted to see dad back there in May 2009 to do a ultra sound to make sure dads 2/3rd of his left kidney is working right and if any tumors or cells have come back..Then after that they want to keep seeing him and testing just to make sure dad is ...cancer...free..they also did Labwork today.i told dad on the drive home..that even though i was scared for him on oct 17th , that i was soooo thankful he pushed to get it taken care of..dad is still tired and working on getting his strength back. once again, i CANT...thank you all enough for all of the loving words and thoughts, and prayers..love ya all..y

It's been forever Mr. C, hope you are enjoying life and having many great adventures. Things on my side have been boring and normal. Exactly what I wanted right? I still miss spontanuity and excitement but atleast I have routine and stability, I guess you can only have one or the other. I was thinking today how online sometimes becomes like a reality show. On a reality show the producers take people and turn them into characters. They then only show you footage to further make you see that person a certain way. If they decide to make someone the drama queen you'll really only see footage of that person causing drama, being overdramatic, etc. Even though maybe in reality that person was only dramatic 10% of the time and the other 90% of the time was an awesome person. Frustration
Grr. Frustrated with everything lately. Broke up with Joe recently. Have a very strong feeling he was not honest with me while we were together. Work is slow, yet again. 4 Days Before Surgery...
Surgery Day approaching fast... Hello everyone, It is Angel here. I just wanted to stop in and let you all know that I am doing ok and that Yes I will be undergoing surgery on Thursday Nov 6th, to have titianium put in my leg. I am a little nervous as expected and as the day approaches it only gets worse...I do however have someone who will be with me just before, during and after surgery for as long as I need them. With so little time left before surgery, I will not be making any appearences. I will be laid up for about 12 weeks afterwards so any appearences will be brief during that time. Hopefully all goes well and the second surgery to repair the ligaments will be performed as soon as possible so that I can finally go home and retire from the army. My girls are all waiting patiently for my return home as they went back to the east coast in july expecting me to be home before now. I miss them dearly and only wish I were with them now. My New Job
Well, its been forever since I've last written in here so I'll dust off the keys and bring you guys up to speed on what been going on with me. Firstly I am sick of health care. I've had 9 clients since the beginning of summer and 4 of them have passed away due to cancer and other unforeseen circumstances. I'm getting tired of it. My current guy has the worst case of Alzheimer's I've ever seen and he's one scary mo fo. So, I applied for a job in late August and got hired. The only snag was that I had to take a college level course first which cost me 400 buck,s then a provincial license exam which was 110, times 2 cause it was so effing hard, and tomorrow I'll pay another 150 to get my Life and Accident and Sickness license to sell Insurance I'm going to be selling supplemental life insurance. My Comedy...
It's been a interesting weekend. Most of you who care enough to read these blogs knows Im getting a divorce. (someday omg i cant afford this crap lol) well I know my kids are having a hard time with the fact. My sons real father is a complete jackass as most of you know. His boys feel he picks everyone else over them, more specifically his gf & her kids, and my boys are teenagers so they are at that age where they have the fuck you attitude. This weekend her (her being his soon to be wife)son pushed Joe to his breaking point. If you've ever spoken t ome you know my kids are the kind of kids you have ot push a lot to make them mad. Apparently Joe dotted his eye, ok not just dotted his eye but cut open under it & busted up his lip. Having a shared hobby, no matter what that may be, gives me such joy and a feeling of family. And it runs rampant with the rest of the cast as well. Sisters, parents and their children performing for the sake of Theatre Arts. We had a first read thru of the script tonight. Everyone sitting around together, laughing at the prose, and just having a great time. Bringing culture to everyone, not just the priveleged few, is what this particular venue is about. Now, will there be offstage antics? Probably. Drama Queens and Kings? Absolutely. And I wouldn't want it any other way.

Ok, Need Help
My almost 12 year old has been talking on the phone with a 15year old girl. He hasn't met her in person, she's the cousin of one of his friends or something. Dialysis
Well here is the latest update.. My mom started dialysis on Wednesday.. Although it has helped her to feel better it is a bad step in this whole kidney failure process.. One of my moms test came back "bad". Not sure what that means but they took her off one of her meds and they are gonna test her again here soon.. Hopefully we can get her approved to have the transplant soon.. I am just anxious to get to the point where I can go and test to donate my kindney.. We still dont have a guarentee that I can do it but I want to at least go do all the tests and hope that I can.. Well that is the latest.. So now we just wait and go through this dialysis process.. Which if we dont get to the transplant process is a perminant thing for the rest of her life.. I hope things work out.

Well, I did it, I finally was able to stand in that long never ending line to cast my vote early...I got in line at about 7:30 this morning and walked out at ten minutes til 2 this afternoon....was it worth it? Absolutely! I'd do it again! I have hundreds of reasons why I didn't vote for Osama (oops! Swimming In The Dating Pool Again
As many of you know I am a widow. I have not dated much since my late husband passed. It is not the fact I have NOT been asked; it is the fact that I am older and pickier. I have one girl friend who will go out with any guy that asks her; even if she don’t like him—just to go do stuff for free. Then I have another girl friend that has not dated anyone since the guy she was waiting to come from Iraq, came home and married someone else. (That was about 7 years ago & she waited two years for him to come home to her.) Hello again. I have been wondering about this for quite some time now. I notice that some people have folders of pics that they see only, not no one else, even family and friends. Now, I don't know about you, but personally if I had pictures that I didn't want people to see, I wouldn't keep them online. So much has happened in my life in such short space and time..It goes to show how times does fly when you don't even think about it...before you even know it the New Year has emerged. My point is, don't you think that this world, whether people or everyday we live our lives is changing? It doesn't matter what topic you pick to talk about; religion, love, environment etc... For me, my question; whats wrong with people on this earth? Or is it just me? I have so many friends in my life...some friends are distance, some friends do know me well enough yet there are friends who are always there for me day in, day out no matter what time of year it is, they are always there for you. Most if any of you will know, that on December 1st I will have been on Fubar/Cheerytap for 2 years, and in that time I have seen a lot of changes and even been through a lot of changes too, both on here and in my private life too, but then anniversary blog will be coming out on that day.
