Blah. Men.
My ex husband got laid off from work. I agreed that I'd give him a break on part of the child support because he's not making as much, but told him he had to take our daughter more often to make up for the loss in daycare. Well, I was talking to him today and found out he's blowing like 2 hundred a week in gas money driving to and from his gf's house and in liquor. He has yet to help with taking our daughter as well. He seems to think I have no right to get angry with him. I can afford to pay mine and the kids bills on what I make, but it makes things really tight. I don't think its fair that I have to tell my son that we can't go see Bolt this weekend because daddy hasn't paid his child support because he has a new drinking problem. Maybe I'm way off base, but it isn't fair to the kids. They don't need to be indulged and lavished with gifts, but sheesh....I'd like to be able to do something fun with the kids. I shouldn't have to be so scared of my finances....

So, as I was going to feed my cat, there was a stray in our garage trying to get to her food. My dumb ass decides to try and catch it. Well, my entire arm is scratched up and it gotta pretty good deep bite on my finger. Now, I almost passed out from the blood loss, but managed to get to the couch and now, im sitting here with a paper towel wrapped around my fingers, and the finger it bit is swollen and numb. I have to type with only my left hand. Someone cheer me up plz. If any of you say i need a rabies shot stfu I wont get it.

I Hate Greed
The third worker, quit around the 7th, voting day actually, because she is 'tired' she said. Got her daughter to hand me the keys while she sat in the car..that is sad. Could not do it herself. Earlier, she told the manager she did not have to work due to a settlement from a hospital here. She is working to show her kids that they will need to work. Thinking about it, she also works at Sears. If someone does not have to work, then why hold two jobs and ask for more hours? She, the manager discovered, is also first cousins with the person fired after I was hired. By far my smallest role but i am on the top right hand corner of the back of the box, baby! Do You Have Photos That Are Dark, Need Cropped, Or Are Just Plain Funky?
So let's face it: some digital cameras and webcams take some funky pictures...too dark, weird color shifts, or maybe they just need cropped. And maybe you don't have the software, the skill or the patience to correct them. I have many years of experience in doing these type of digital photo corrections and would be happy to assist any of my fellow Fu-users in making their pictures be all that they can be. Now this doesn't include swapping heads or altering any other part of your body, you'll have to go to someone else for that. But anything short of that I'm game. See gallery for picture Pizza Casserole 2 cups macaroni or shell pasta of your choice 1 1/2 jar of pizza sauce…Eyeball it as you mix with the beef. If it looks dry you can add more of if you need less that works too ¾ cup pepperoni…add as much as you like. I don’t measure it. I like a lot of pepperoni 1 green bell pepper 1 pound ground beef ¼ cup parmesan cheese ½ teaspoon oregano leaves. You can also use Italian seasoning 1 garlic clove, minced 1 cup mozzarella cheese Heat oven to 375. Spray 2 quart baking dish with nonstick spray. I just realized all the times I made this I never sprayed the dish. I guess the sauce helped.hehe.Cooked pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain. My Star - No Longer There
My Star, the one that shined so brightly for me a short time ago … it’s rejoined the trillions of other stars in the universe. The light is still there, I can see it, but the warmth is gone. It no longer shines just for me. Daylight is a precious commodity to me now. Perhaps it is because I see less of it due to the changing season. Perhaps it is because, if the sun is shining, I can’t search the heavens for my former star. Such a futile search. When night begins its inevitable march across the sky, I am compelled to go inside. Moving On
Well the days pass and i cant believe it is now 18 months since I suffered my heart attack, and now 6 months since my last procedure. Well 100% fit again but you would'nt think so when it comes to applying for jobs. Having decided to remove some of the stress in my life, I decided to move down the job scale. however every job I have applied for the response is the same "your over qualified". Well their loss. Kevin Tice Vicary passed in El Cajon, Calif., on April 14, 2008, at the age of 38. A semi careened out of control after being hit by a van at the intersection where he and his family lived. Kevin was working on his fence just where the semi broke through. He was a wonderful man. He spent many hours with his children, his wife and extended family. They all enjoyed many outings and many cookouts. Kevin went out of his way to make sure his family was well cared for and gave them many opportunities to have fun and learn new things. Our Current Situation.
Well yesterday's appointment was rather eventful, I should have brought a book with me. Though getting poked and prodded like some kind of science expierement wasn't exactly quiet. I'm not saying I cried, but it wasn't comfortable. I got to see the baby for the first time. The doctor says I am 13 weeks, which I think she's on crack because I was 11 weeks and one day on October 14, 2008 (the day I found out.) Honestly I really doubt I am that far behind. Someone is a bit off. All my tests came back normal except for two, my PAP Smear and my Glucose test. I guess I will find out in 10 more days what those results are, but I hope they are normal. I got over my ecoli infection, and now I have more energy than I know what to do with. So now I am trying to clean, maybe move around a little bit more and try to exercise as much as I can before the baby is born so I have more energy for the baby. I came in from shopping today I laid my keys on the table grabbed a glass of water walked past the phone not bothering to check the flashing light. Its fun because it sounds dirty. Well everyone says "quarter and roast your butternuts scoop, mash, blend simmer" Nope. I Can't Sleep
Most of you know why I can't sleep and if ya don't know it's because lol I didn't want to tell you or didn't know how to tell you. I hope I can get out of this, I really do. A SPC that is very damn close to me told me a few things that could possibly help the situation if not get out of it permanently. Anyway I've tried sleeping, can't do that too much on the mind. Opinions
Today with my Moms knowledge I called a retirement community that is not far from me. They have independent living apartments, penthouses and town houses done right and that fit what Mom would look for . Plus from there they have an amazing assisted living option and extended care. Mom and I had decided it was not a bad idea to inquire to the waiting list length and get additional information. There is at this time no need for her to go on a waiting list for independent living however if her name is put in she receives head of the list date wise for assisted living and extended care. I explained this to Mom and that the list is approx 16 months long at this time. She dismissed the need to be on a list but I had actually asked to be on the call list as a safety net. I feel it would be irresponsible not to have all options open. This is not by any means me saying she WILL go there or I would not try to care for her myself if that time ever does come. However I do need to consider that I

Well I went into the emegency room a couple of nights ago for strep throat and while there they tested my blood next thing I know they have me in a bed running IV's into me and injecting insulin into my arm. Seems over the last few months my sugar has been on the rise and with the infection and all it spiked up to 654 in the ER. So well needless to say I am now a diabetic...on the pills. It really sucks that this happened and there's nothing I can do about it. I just wish I didn't have to put Liz through this. I'm sure I'll be ok I just have to take my meds on time, watch my diet, exercise, and keep an eye on my blood sugar levels. I've been able to get it down around 2oo so far and keep it right about there. God does a diabetics diet suck...I can't eat or drink hardly anything I used to be able too. Well I'll keep everyone updated. And BTW we have set a wedding date that hopefully we won't have to reschedule, March 14 2009.

Out Of Surgery
Well she is out of surgery. I was told everything went good. They used a couple of screws to fix the disc in her back. Her separated shoulder is going to heal itself. One of her legs is in a half cast I guess its called. And that is temporary till she is in a walking boot. The other leg is in a halo type set up so they can keep her from moving it. They also put a titanium rod down one of the bones of her leg. So she is banged up pretty damn good. But they say she will make a full recovery. And she should be walking with crutches in about 3 weeks. Modern medicine is amazing.

I've been working at this Pizza place for 3 years now. I've had ONE, raise and that's because minimum wage went up. I've had a tight schedule, but I always made it so I was available, around school. My son called me from school today, he was sick. The nurse told me he probably had the stomach flu that's been going around. I had a doctor's appointment that I just couldn't miss at 12:30. Photography...how It Saves My Life....
Photography is an easy way of capturing something to be enjoyed again and again. Since I am a big nature nut, I love to see the scenery I have walked in the woods again on my computer at home, so I am almost always with my camera. I have done a lot of nature photography in the last eight years or so, but most of it is right in my back yard or within an easy bike ride of it. Since we have a ton of fun nature trails around our house, I have a blast mountain biking down the local trails...chasing squirrels, rabbits, cats, and other local wildlife. I even startled a big buck(deer) from the local woods one night...standing looking me eye to eye on my bike(WAY COOL). Anyhow, getting out on my bike with my camera around my neck is probably WAY better than sitting at a local sports bar soaking up brews and catching the latest scores...and it gives me a chance to lose a few pounds...burn a few calories...and keep my heart healthy. My mom is a 4th Grade School teacher, and the students in her school are collecting things to put in shoeboxes to be sent to the soldiers still in Iraq. She has a list of **RECOMMENDED** things, but having it straight from the horse's mouth is a lot better. I know there are some wives/husbands of soldiers overseas...and I'm sure you can give me a little feedback. What is the main thing you think we can send them(keep in mind it is a shoebox) for the folks still over there? Last weekend went on last lake outing of the year. It was the latest I had ever fished for muskies. There's a cousin of mine round at the moment having a chat with my mum, who's her aunt, or something weird and confusing like that. But anyways, the point. Doctor Said
So I didn't get to go to the doctor Monday due to my doctor's mother dying. So I had to go today. I've got bronchitis, laryngitis, red throat & red ears. Along with that she changed my insulin & upped my heart meds again. I have to go back in two months for some more changes. From the way it sounded for a while everytime I go there will be changes to my meds. So I got a shot in my butt, & came home with antibodics along with cough syrup. Also an inhaler for when I start to weeze (sp?). I'm glad that it wasn't the flu. When I get better and manage to stay well I can get a flu shot. My Face Is Sliding Off And Other 40+ Issues....

Stupid Drunk Drivers!!!!
If my day cant get any worse then it is. Besides the fact that I am loosing a friend over something I did that was wrong. Now my sister was in a car accident today. GOD DAMN drunk college kid hit her while she was driving to her own college class. And she is in hospital with some broken bones and a cuncusion. I have personal experience with drunk drivers from the time I worked in Law Enforcment. They are all idiots and I think they should be put to death just because of the possibility of them killing people.
