HBO has a series called "true blood". I don't know how many have seen it or know what it is about.This is an intro. Just wanted to let you know that i have been in and out of court apperiances on my father and he is now after 12 years in prison for what i would call not long enough 15 months. I don;t know what i will do if when he gets out he finds me but i know that wont be hard. The Kitty
The kitty in the tree on my right arm is actually from a children's book. Only 1 person ever has recognized it for what it is without me telling them (Jim, you're awesome....and *hot*!) It Starts Tomorrow....
Well, so I am a thousand miles away from my husband. He is in New Orleans and I am up in PA. We have been away from each other since the November 1st and it is staring to get to the both of us. Him more than me, but he keeps asking me to send him pics. Well, I am very self concious as it is and now with the whole picture thing, I am very self concious, so I have decided I need very much so to go on a diet. And start exercising. I plan on starting tomorrow. And I hope to lose at least 5lbs before Chad gets here for Thanksgiving. Then I hope to lose at least another 10-15 before Christmas. My goal is to lose 30-40 lbs before I go home for Mardi Gras. I weigh 160 now, which is not that bad, but I want to be 120. So cheer me on...because this is going to be tough! Tired...
I got some decent sleep last night which was nice. Normally when I sleep that little hours, I'm hella tired at work but I was awake. I was working in my favorite area which was good. I'm my own boss there and I do a lot of walking and lifting. Good work out there. It was pretty smooth throughout most of the day until a couple hours towards the end of my shift. It got real busy, but shit happens. Rich took tonight and tomorrow night off. His dad is in town for a bit and plus he wanted to play more WoW because of the new expansion pack that came out. I called him on my last break like I usually do to wake him up but no answer. I texted him during the last two hours of my shift, no answer. First I want to say after this blog is posted I will not be on till later tonight. I feel the need to be around people in a real setting. After 15 years working in law enforcement something happened today I had hoped would never happen. I work in a small town government center where nothing ever goes on and I received a call no one wants to get. A fellow officer and a great friend was attacked by an inmate with the intent of taking a life. As I was responded we got the call the inmate had the officer's weapon. As I entered the area the call went out that a shot was fired. I opened the door to find my friend fighting for his life with a gun pointed at him. With our weapons drawn. we attacked the defendant with all that we had. We were able to subdue him without loss of life or any further injuries. Something I Wrote
What is the definition of Love? Is it having that tingling feeling in your stomach when their name gets brough up or the smile that magically comes acrossed your face when you think about him? This has been on my mind for some time. Everyone can see that I'm in my 40s. The hunt, my favorite part of the game. I can smell thier fear, their blood pounding through their veins. It calls to me like a moth to a flame. I can not resist the pull of the blood lust. Dead Space
I've been putting off posting a review of Dead Space, as I really wanted to finish the game before I put one up. But as the game is going, I just don't see that happening. Dead Space was supposed to be the next great in Survival Horror games. The basic idea is you're a Space Marine (sound like every other game yet?), but I think you're regarded more as a Space Janitor. You're on a recon mission to ship that has been out of contact. Upon entering the ship you're quick to discover that it has been taken over by a bunch of monsters that are difficult to kill This is about the point that any sane person leaves the ship, and nukes it from orbit, but this is a cliche survival horror, so what's more important is sticking around, and watching people get slaughtered. So, did it succeed? Well it's creepier than Doom, that's for sure. I really don't believe a game can be all that scary, but it was certainly creepy, so it delivered, IMO. It was aslo very gory, so kudos there as well. N
