Like my title says, it was definitely a miserable week in the life of Liz Taylor. I could barely do anything except sleep! It was not the flu, which thankfully I have never had, nor step-throat. Im doing good things have been going alot better lately. I'm doing rifle marksmanship now and we're supposed to qualify friday. Its pretty much pop up targets from 3 different positions from 50 to 300 meters. If I can hit 36 of 40 targets I get a marksmanship badge. Not alot has happened since I wrote last. We've been pretty much just trying to qualify with our weapons and Ive been doing pretty good. So far I've gotten 31 of 40 which is a sharpshooter badge but im still trying to improve. Well October marks the end of FY10, and with that comes time for performance evaluations in my profession. My QAM gave me a great review, to which put me in for a raise. My score being 3.2 out of 4. Va C&p Exam Today
My husband went to the VA this morning for his first C&P exam for what turned out for two of his claims for compensation for service connected injuries ... his back and his knee. My husband seems to think it went well since the examiner said "screw the regional office, I am going to set you up right now for the needed xrays for your back and knee" because he had a letter in his records that he found that talked about his injuries in detail that he wrote home to his parents 40 years ago while on active duty. We sure hope he gets it approved as a service connected injury and gets some compensation because he is no longer working and we could use the retro check for this. Extremely Over Trained - Made For A Rough Week Days
I started off having a great weekend. I had a great week of training and was feeling good. I wanted to continue training through the weekend. I really hate not training. The gym is not a hobby to me. It is a huge part of my life. I hate not training. Not because I want to get my fat off (which of course I do), but because it is fun to me. I enjoy it more than anything. Saturday marked my 12th day of training without "a day of rest". Granted, I usually have nearly 24 hours of rest between work outs because I work out at the same time every night. Plus, I never do the same work out twice during the week. So that is my defense for not taking a full day off from the gym. When it all comes down to it, I am stubborn and did not want too. Even with my education and experience, I know it was not the smartest thing to do, but still, I did it. It is almost impossible for me to really sleep in anymore because my body is so used to getting up for work early all the time.

Weight Loss
In the last couple of years I've really put on some weight. Starting Dec 1st I'm going on a diet in hopes of losing 2 pant sizes. I am currently a 34 and I want to drop back down to a 32 and lose this spare tire around my belly. I'm not really in bad shape because of my activity level, but I drink entirely too much pop and eat a lot of junk food. I'm cutting out the pop entirely and swtiching to a low calorie diet. I'm going to take some before pics on Dec 1st when I start the diet.

It's Music Lyrics People, Now Tell Me The Song Ffs
For months I put what seems to be jibberish as a status, why? Because there are so many on this site that claim to be DJ's (which means they have a knowledge of music) orlovers of music. Well you sub-human morons, this jibberish I put up are, in fact, song lyrics. Not rap crap, or hip hop burp noises, but songs with actual music instead of "BOOM BOOM BOOM". Why do I put these lyrics up? To see just how many or you dribble drooling children can come up with the song and artist without going to google. So far, only 2 have been able to, and those 2 I expected would know the answers because they actually do know music. So, you troll-resembling nitwits, start rubbing those 2 semi-comotose braincells that you have left and see what you can come up with. Is there a prize, reward, etc...?
