I have been her best friend for four years. I am the Godmother of her only son. I think that makes me more than capable of knowing what she wanted. Bowling Night
Tonight was bowling night again. For my new friends that MAY read this blog or for the bar tab stalkers, I'm in a league and I bowl every Friday night. As some of you know, I started out really bad. My average my first week was only 111. I've slowly been getting better and checked tonight to find out my average is now a 121. Not too bad, I guess. Today started out normal. The City Of Ember by Jeanne DuPrau is a Yearling publication and targeted for those ages eight to twelve. I would classify it as young adult science fiction. It is a decent book for that age group, but the story lacks a lot and is rather slow moving at points. The novel is about Doon and Lina and their city. Doon and Lina are both twelve years old and in Ember all kids at age twelve are assigned a job. The novel talks about their jobs, their city and the problems they and the city encounter. The city was only supposed to exist for about 220 years, but the instructions to get out were not passed down as they should have been so no one is aware of this. This city is a city of darkness, no sunlight, with street lamps being the only source of light. The characters lack any real depth until the last three chapters. They are not well developed. i am so sick of filling out flight attendant applications that i want to SCREAMMMM BUT its what i have to do if i wanna spend my time in the sky. the only thing is that the smaller airlines do not always pay for you to go to the interview and even then youre not guaranteed the position so that kinda blows. im looking into aviation schools and training so i can get my pilots license also but its so hard to decide which one. none of my friends are into being a pilot except the ones that went through the military to get their wings.... which im starting to consider but really dont wanna do if i dont have to. so...anybody here a pilot?

A friend of mine on another social networking site wrote this. I thought it was awesome so i decided to share it with you. Love Your Neighbour You lay in the dark, staring at the ceiling unable to fall asleep. The ceiling fan above you, a hushed whir blowing a cursory breeze over your sweaty body. You toss and turn in your bed for about an hour when you notice the light come on across the alley. You watch curiously for a moment to see who comes into the room. New Game
Finally found a new game after the debacle involving another player cyberstalking me and harassing me at every given opportunity. I did report it to the mods but nothing has still been done about it and it's been over a month since the report was filed. So I quit that and found another game called Ghost Online completely by accident. I can't really play 3D MMORPGs too well because of I have a laptop and that means no mouse. I have no surface that I can use a laptop and mouse combination on. My room has surfaces that can just about fit the laptop on it's own. So far I'm enjoying the game as a mage and no one's bugged me.

His band won the Guitar Center contest garnering them prize money and a management contract and a recording deal with Motley Crue's Eleven Seven label also joining MC on tour. Reason Im Not On Much Lately
ok all just to let ya know why im never on here anymore....Mom is getting real bad, shes disoriented and sleeping all the time and hardly wants to eat. My older sister caught her yesterday so out of it that she was trying to take all of her doses of meds for the day at once! Now this woman takes Potassium, Lasix, Dilaudid ( pain pill) and Avtivan multiple times a day. The potassium, at the mg she has, all at once would kill her! What To Wear

New Year And Whats New!
Well its the new year and been busy.!!! I have lost about 100 pounds now and working out each day.. challenging myself to keep going and be more fit and healthy! Also to get bills payed off so be in good shape and not have to worry so much, and we are doing good that way.The most important thing for me is to be close to my family and friends and keep in touch with them. Negativity And Relationships
I have had my share of negativity and I choose to no longer let it interfere in my life. I have had two horrible marriages filled with chaos and negative overtones to the point it has weakened my health, my esteem, my zest for life and quite simply, me. To love someone is not enough these days as we all well know. It takes so much more. It takes respect, communication, compatibility, joy, triumphs and failures, perserverence, similarities and yes, it takes to a degree financial resposibility. When these fail to happen the relationship becomes a negative force that chips away our soul to the bear threads. I cannot or will not be in a relationship such as this again. It must be positive, thriving, full of love and communication, there must be compatibility, and yes, be it as it may there must be fianancial resposibility. To quote a song from the 70's. Well, in his first few days of office, Obama has managed to piss off Democrat leadership in both the House and Senate. He reversed a "major" Bush policy regarding attire in the Oval Office. Of course we've all heard about him closing the Military Detention facility at Gitmo. The funny thing is that Bush has been trying to close it for years and those same countries who demand we close it refuse to accept any of the prisoners who are cleared for release. So now Obama intends to bring WAR CRIMINALS to US soil to try them in CIVILIAN courts. Last time I checked civilian courts have no jurisdiction over war crimes. War Crimes are tried by military tribunal. Always have been. The majority of these prisoners are not charged with crimes that occured on US soil. They were caught fighting overseas. It is all too easy when a friend or someone you care for deeply is troubled by something, to give advice and sometimes that advice may be needed but other times that advice can also cloud or even confuse the matter in hand, even more so when it concerns the affairs of the heart!! My feeling is that no matter what, it is best to let that person know that they have your full support and understanding and you will be with them every step of the way rather than giving advice, more so when you are also part of the situation, that way you do not look like you are influencing any decisions that are made………regardless. Into 2009 For Me..

The First
so it started out me getting the sniffles on Friday night. not much happened on Saturday. On Sunday my asshole ex dumped me because he is a dumb ass! I slept through Monday. 'm not sure if I've ever told you the story about the Two Bibles. I'm unsure because like many salty sailors I tend to tell and re-tell stories and of course there is always the occasional sea story that I tell. An 11-month-old baby accidentally dialed 911 in British Columbia and when the Mounties came to investigate they found marijuana plants grown by the dad. This incident occurred in White Rock, British Columbia. The baby playing with the phone dialed 911 and the Mounties rushed in to investigate. I generally hate people. It just saves time. They pretty much are going to annoy me sooner or later anyhow, so I just go straight for thinking they are idiots. Now, this is not to say I have never been wrong about a person. There are some really wonderfull, lovely people on this site that I like very much. Thursday Doctor Visit
Today we saw the doctor and my husband's cholesterol went from 248, when he was in the hospital with his event, to 255 today. He is trying to work harder on his exercise and diet plan along with his medications to lower his cholesterol levels. Not a good day for him.

Update 1/22
Well, today we were told an answer to a the question we needed to hear "How long?" I suppose there is no good answer and no matter what they tell you it's a crapshoot and can be off by a year or two (longer) or sometimes a few months earlier. Our answer was "about a year". 365 fucking days! Of course they are going to do a bone scan because of lingering back pain. There is a great possibility the cancer has spread into the bones. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The brain, lungs and adrenal gland is not enough? A healthy man who walked 2 miles a day after breaking his hip less than a year ago. I dont understand. I Stand Alone
I stand alone, I stand alone on this path to no where Looking every which way for help People see me for something i,m not When I ask them for directions They don't understand So they turn their backs and walk away I try to fallow them but can't catch up So I then give up And all hope is lost I sit empty minded for as long as I can And soon I can't take it anymore I feel as though I don't belong And I constantly think about if dying would be best But..... In that very same moment I change my mind The figure came up and held out it's hand Telling me it cares and that i'm not alone I stand up strongly and give it a nod It simply nods back And together We walk away side by side Watching eachothers backs Through the long path in nowhere Until together We reach Some where

New President
Watched all the footage on our new President's swearing in and listened to his speech. It was inspiring but I liked it best when his speech had less "I" but used "we" and put it straight that it will take everybody to get this country to turn around and not for us to rely totally on Congress to fix the problem. I am concerned that eventhough he has made the promises that he will be like all the other presidents and not follow through or that we as a fickle society will get impatient and will start complaining and saying things about wishing we hadnt put him in office and that we need somebody new in office. I pray that God will bless our President with wise descion even if the those decions are hard ones that we as a people might not like.

My Poems
my poems are more like inspirations that i have had and i have not sat down to write any new ones yet. i hope to write another one soon. there is someone that i care about dearly and i want him to know how much. i just have to let my body flow and then i can write one that he will appreciate. until then i can slowly write in my old ones if you all like my peoms let me know.

Bus Rides
When someone asks you what your favorite mode of transit is, it most likely isn't taking the bus! However, if you are stuck on a long bus ride, we are pleased to provide you with a list of things to do to pass away the time... 1. Eat nothing but gas inducing foods the entire trip, not hesitating to öôhare the wealth?with everyone on board. Recommended foods are chilli, burritos, McDonalds, any eggs, Kentuky Fried Chicken (stay near the toilet if you want the KFC...) 2. Repeat #1, only engage in a öäuppy war?with the bus driver. (For those that do not know what a öäuppy?is, it involves making a cup with your hand, farting in it and slipping it directly into the face of some unsuspecting friend.) 3. Every time the bus wobbles from the wind caused by passing transports, jump up and scream øšE÷´E ALL GONNA DIE!?/font> 4. Incessantly complain that it is way too cold in the bus, no matter what the temperature is, keep doing it until the bus driver turns the heat up to full blast

Another Birthday
Well another birthday has come and gone, and I don't feel any older or younger just blessed that I am in good health and have good friends and family around to celebrate with me my 38th birthday. My day was simple and uneventful but enjoyed ice cream and lemon merigune pie yum.
