I left some recent viewers a silly comment about not asking for help when in a store and the employees thinking they are stupid for it. You know, one of my lame things to make people laugh or ban me. Some lady sends me an almost incoherent message about "cander patents" and how I'm the same age and some guy named Jack being so wonderful. It may blow your mind to find out the answer, but first let me dispell a few myths about some "enviro friendly" cars...ie hybrids. Do to the types of batteries used, there's not way of being able to recycle what's left of those batteries when they do die. What happens to what's left? Landfills and the types of acids and metals used get into the ground and are far more harmful than that of normal car batteries. Plus the level of energy, amount of materials needed to create them along with the harmfull biproducts are more destructive than normal batteries and produced in greater quantities than a normal car battery. So as all the Ford SUV Hybrid and Toyota Prius lovers out there are attempting to help the environment by reducing the amount of fuel spent, they may be slowing the burning of the candle for their part, but lighting the wick on the other end with the increased production of bio/ecohazards. The Darkness
I keep having crazy dream about the darkness, kinda like the silent hill movies and games, but sadly they started before they all came out. I wonder if its internal in meaning or out-ternal. Some how today is going to be a very interesting day, I know it. I barely slept at all last night. Most Infant Seats Flunk Crash Test

Back in may I looked at my self and thought you are fat! I decided to do something about it. I looked at what I had been doing and found my pit falls. Just like any one that has gotten fat, we do this. We get lazy, yeah lazy. I also never did aerobics exercise just lifted weights, dumb. I also ate like a pig, to excess and never the right things. The first thing I changed was my exercise routine, walking, just plain ole walking. I did this because of two knee surgeries. I started at 1 mile and over time increased it to 4 miles. Now I alter between those two mileages. I also after awhile started to hit my heavy bag to mix up the aerobics. Now I always get some kind of aerobics at least 4 times in a week. I also never stopped lifting I only changed that. I went to more reps and less weight. I never wanted to lose muscle mass but, I have learned overtime and through wrestling that you sometimes will sacrifice muscle while losing weight. Murder In My City
This is truly a sad day for us in New Orleans. The killing must stop. When beautiful, sweet human beings are being ruthlessly killed it is time for something to be done. Anyone who knew Helen Hill loved her, she was truly one of the kindest people I have ever met. Her and her husband gave new orleans so much in their artistic and charitable efforts. Thank goodness Dr. Paul, her husband, survived. Helen was ruthlessly shot in the neck and killed at 5:30 in the a.m. and Paul shot 3 times while protecting their 2 year old in their Marigny home. My Mother
Ok my mom goes out of town for work and she is goin to be gone for a few days. So her being the "pack rat, dont clean anythin" person, and me being "OCD" i get to started on cleaning the min she leaves. I clean the kitchen, livin room, and dining room. Just to vent for a second... I HATE DRIVING IN THE RAIN!! Masquerade Party
She arrived at the party at around 10 and the place was packed with people. It took her sometime to try and find her mask since her friend said it was a masquerade party. Bad Dreams
I'm noticing a strange new pattern in my dreams. No longer am I the one saving people all the time. I still have those but they're different now. Two recent ones in the last week's time have me thinking. First one had this part where I was fighting some guy in a kind of trophy room. There were animal heads, cases, trophies and swords all around the walls in this white marble room. We were fighting and it was going my way until he took one of the swords off the wall and stbbed me through the chest. He ran after i pulled the sword back out. DURING THIS TIME OF THERAPY WE ARE LOOKING FOR OTHER PT OFFICES THAT WILL DONATE SOME HOURS TO ALAN. THE DOCTOR AT UAB EMAILED ME AND SAID HE WAS PUTTING IN A REQUEST FOR ALAN FOR THE MDA. THE MDA SUPPORTS 49 FORMS OF NEUROPATHY. HOWEVER GAN IS NOT ONE OF THEM. SO HE IS WORKING ON TRYING TO GET THEM TO SUPPORT IT. AND IF THEY WILL. THEN THEY WILL HELP WITH RESEARCH AND WITH PT.
