I am an enthusiastic when it comes to reading reviews about the CTK6300IN digital keyboards and I always thought that people are praising it a wee bit too much. Nonetheless, being a hardcore fan of Casio I kind of knew at the back of my mind that this is an excellent product. I have never been disappointed with a Casio product yet – even though I am not very easy to please.

I also never buy anything without investigating thoroughly about it online and offline. Pleased with what I read about these particular Casio keyboards I purchased one about 4 months ago. I cannot say how happy I am with it. For the price tag it carries I never thought possible to get so much and so good.

For the uninitiated, it is important to mention that this particular Casio keyboard is designed to play Indian music. When I heard this for the first time I was totally unconvinced. Now, does it really? Yes, yes, yes – it does. Not only it plays almost all the genre of classical and pop Indian music, it also reproduces typically Indian sounds and tones that I never thought possible with a keyboard.

I have studied 3 years classical music in India and am totally in love with the ability of this music to touch your heart in the most unexpected ways. I play the sitar, tabla and tanpura very well – and I never imagined that I could use my keyboard to recreate all these exquisite sounds of Indian music.

When my friends told me that Casio has brought out a new “Indian version keyboard” I was totally cynical. Piano (keyboards) is not really the right instrument for the serene and melodious flow of Indian music. Whether pop or classical there is a something about Indian music that spirals like the smoke from a long forgotten lighted cigarette.

I thought it was impossible; but was proved wrong. This keyboard delivers. The music that it makes excellent – and I know for I have played professionally for more than 5 years now to the most versatile and demanding crowds all over the world.

The features that blew my mind were the touch response keys, and the repertoire of as many as 210 Indian rhythms. It will take me a month to really try out all of these but now I am a belier. The CTK6300IN digital keyboards can make Indian music in a most phenomenal manner. Another feature that everyone will appreciate very much is that is has inbuilt converter that converts recorded song into an SMF file which can go into a micro SD card.

Considering that it performs as a professional digital keyboard I totally recommend this product to everyone who loves perfection in playing music – Indian music.
