I was actually surprised with how much I like the new top level.

1. It's not free, but it's not expensive either. The part that costs credits, isn't that bad, but the best part is there is no time constraint regarding the Family Rate Fest.

2. Most of the achievments take work to accomplish. The polishing part doesn't have a time limit. Rating 5000 users in a 24 hours doesn't require 11's but it does take the work to do it in time. The trick to doing it however, is to do them in the same day, not starting late one day, finishing the next. That leads to the other part.

3. Being the top TEN most active. Literally everyone who got the 5000 and did it in the SAME DAY, not just 24 hours, also got the top ten the next day. Having this in conjunction with a Treasure Hunt for Shark Week means there will be a lot of people who will be very active going to a lot of profiles. After this Treasure Hunt ends, the top ten will be easier.

4. Three Trillion points seems like a HUGE Number when the previous level was a paltry 500 Billion. There have been a lot of opportunities to get big points lately, but some haven't gotten that yet.

5. 29,000 Achievment Points seems like a big number, but there has to be some advantage to longevity on the site. Why should somebody who has been here a relative short time be able to get this faster than somebody who has been here ten or more years?

Using these as guidelines, I would have done it this way.

3 Trilllion Points - I would leave it the same.

29,000 Achievement points - I would have made it 30,000 to be a nice round number.

Top Ten most active - I strongly agree with this

Limted Edition 50 - I would have made this a bigger number. Maybe a higher top level would be 5,000. This achievment needs to be moved from Misc to Polishing category

Sticky Fingers 5k - Some of us have already done the same thing. There are achievments for rating 5000 11 and 5000 Newbies 11 in a day. I have completed those and they both take more work than this. Some people will get two achievments for the same amount of work, but some had the privelege of doing that work twice. No grandfather clauses in here. This achievment needs to be moved from Misc to Rating category.

1,000 Family Fest - I like it just the way it is. This needs to be moved from Misc to Rating category.

Other Leveling Changes:

Level 66 to 67 - Removed the Double Trouble requirement. This achievement can still be accomplished to work on the points needed to get to 29,000. The achievements for Double Deuce and Triple Threat also remain even though they too have been removed from their respective levels.
Lowered the achievment points from 23,000 to 20,000. I like that. A handful of people were able to get this level done this way.

No other changes.

I still strongly recommend that each level starting at 30 have some easy requirement other than points, so people learn more of their way around, AND so they don't hit level 49 in two days and hit the first brick wall. I would also increase the achievment numbers for levels 64 and below because level 64 is now the biggest log jam with users who haven't completed enough achievements. These can also be made into "freebie" achievements that others can earn for a few achievment points for the higher levels.
