LEVEL 70: Bands
Top player level is approaching this level, so I would start with a shift of all Bands to Level 100. Maybe even level 125.
Level 68:
Four things here. FIRST: Don't take away crowns the instant the new level comes out. I would like to see them stay until the first person earns the new level, that person keeps it, then the rest of the old crowns go.
SECOND: Create a smaller crown for those who held the previous top level before the new level came out.
THIRD: There are enough levels requiring Top Ten Daily rank. A lot of Power Players fighting for the only ten spots available each day, and people who worked so hard to get part of the Triple Threat miss that after investing so much.
FOURTH: Make the level requirements attainable one at a time. First one completed unlocks the second, unlocks the third etc..
Level 65:
Make it one of TWO achievements. Either Triple Threat OR getting Top Ten Daily Ten Times.
Achievements: 16,000 Achievement points OR 450 total achievements
Changes Made: Triple Threat Removed, pissing off people who spent a fortune on here. 15,000 Achievement points.
Level 64:
Change made: Reduce number of achievements from 325 to 275.
Level 63:
Changes made: Remove requirement for Happy Hour Inferno. Reduced number of achievements from 275 to 225.
Level 62:
Change made: Reduce number of achievements from 225 to 200
Level 61:
Change made: Remove requirement for Fu Affection. Originally it was FuLoved or 2500 Rates in 24 hours.
Level 60:
Change made: Remove requirement to be bombed 75 times (could be done early) and replaced it with Take Cover achievement, get Bombed 50 times AFTER reaching level 59. There are players who were close to the 75 bombs achievment who now have to start over.

Level 59:
Get one of TWO achievements: Change the Top Ten Hottest to a TWELVE Hour White Knuckler.
Change made: Philantropy Removed. This removes all requirements for a Salute photo.
CHANGE 2 Jan 21, 2017: Remove the Top Ten Hottest requirement. ADD Lazy Likes 5k.
Level 57:
Changes made: Removed requirement for 3,000 Likes in a day. Added Lazy Likes 3k achievement. 3,000 Likes AFTER reaching level 56, no time limit. Original requirements were: 5,000 Likes in a day, Polish 250 Bling worth 100 or more credits, and Cherry Inferno, Bomb 116 albumbs with one bomb.

Level 56:
No change.
Level 55:
Currently: Log in 30 days in a row going backwards from today, Change that to 20. New people can reach this level fast and shouldn't have to wait that long.
Change made: Time Requirement removed
Level 54: Change to polish 1,000 Limited Edition.
Change made: Removed all Limited Edition Polishing.
Level 53: I call this the last "Freebie" level because players need only points when they get there.
Currently: At least 500,000,000 fuBucks at time of levelup check. Remove this, when this level was the new top level, and there were no bonuses, this was a big number. Now it's barely chump change.
Currently: Have completed at least 40 achievements Achievements. People get 100 achievement usually by this level.
Consider adding these three requirements: THREE Hour White Knuckler, Rate 1000 Profiles and polish 500 Bling in 24 hours.
Original requirement was the 36 Hour White Knuckler, which was reduced to 24 Hours, then 12 Hours.
Level 52:
Changes made: Remove 2,500 Likes in a Fubar Day, added Lazy Likes 2k. 2,000 Likes after reaching level 51, no time limit.

Level 51:
Changes made: Removed requirement to earn achievement Cherry Ignitor or Bomb 90 albums with one bomb. Added achievement Bomb Shelter, get bombed 25 times after reaching level 50.

Level 50:
Changes made: Removed the 1000 Likes in 24 hours after reaching level 49. Added Lazy Likes 1k. Receive 1,000 Likes after reaching level 49. Some people were close to completing, they had to restart.

The following Levels had everything except points stripped from them. I won't suggest that they all get put back, but maybe a few things can be replaced to accomplish two missions:
1. Don't get people level so fast for 2/3 of the whole game, then get people discouraged by not being able to level up as fast.
2. Help new users learn a few of the tricks along the way, so they get to level 50+ and know their way around better.
These are only ideas. I'm sure others could come up with their own and maybe we could colaborate on what could be the best ideas.
Level 49:
Add - Receive 500 Likes in 24 hours, which begins the moment they reach level 48. This was an old requirement. It gets people better prepared to go for 1,000 likes at level 49.
Level 48:
Add - Activate one PowerUp bling
Level 47:
Add - Rate 100 Users while their Boomerang is active
Level 46:
Add - Like 100 Users while their Rock Star is active
Level 45:
Add - Leave a profile comment on 25 different users
Level 44:
Add - Receive 100 Likes in 24 hours, after leveling up.
Level 43:
Add - Use all of your available Ability Points in a day.
Level 42:
Add - Like 50 Newbies, no time constraints
Level 41:
Add - Receive 10 votes on a Global MuMM
Level 40:
Add - Have 100 Ability points used on you
Level 39:
Add - Must be added to 5 Families of other users.
Level 38:
Add - Comment on 10 Blasts
Level 37:
Add - Vote on ten Global MuMMs
Level 36:
Add - Rate 100 Photos
Level 35:
Add - Run one Blast
Level 34:
Add - Get bombed one time
Level 33:
Match one person in Secret Admirer
Level 32:
Add - Fu-Own someone
Level 31:
