lately ive found myself trying to focus on my own troubles in life
but im now confronted by two major issues and need help making the right choice before i make a mistake that could affect others involved
here they are:
for some time my brother has been seeing this other woman behind his own wife's back and recently asked to marry her and she said yes, and she doesn't know she's marrying an already married man.
what hurts me even more is the fact that the ring he proposed to her with was my ring given to me by my former sweetheart
and his wife has only recently shared her affections for me and said i want to have your baby and marry you
my kids dont want any part of her and dont want me to get hurt all over again
and she's got a man anyways yet is messing around on my own brother with his best friend and he doesn't know about it and what adds to it is that she is pregnant
my trouble is this: i want to break it to my brother his wife is cheating but he and i are on eggshells with one another as it is
and i swore to myself id stay out of my family's issues
my dad asked me to step in and help for he cant deal with it for he's got troubles of his own
my heart says do the right thing and say something to one of them before things get worse
but my head says if you do they'll turn on you quicker than anything and you'll betray your own family
and its been bothering me for some time and it sucks
sucks to be me
if it were you and you were asked to intervene would you intervene for the sake of your own blood family or would you step aside and let them find out for themselves?
