Well, last night I started noticing... FUCKING VALENTINES DAY SHIT IS OUT ALREADY!!! So, like the curious person I am... i made an extra trip through the V-D section :D
And like all VD, it's contagious... soon, half my co-workers were over there with me awwwwing and ooooing at the cute little things. And, also like all other VD, once you catch it, it's a pain in the ass to get rid of... Man, i love myself... humoring myself with referring to valentine's day as an STD, go me...
Anyways, of course, I'm a chick, i FUCKING LOVE valentines day. And, in the 5 years of being married, not once did I have a GOOD valentine's day. Why? Because his birthday is on Valentine's day!!! And before that, well, valentines day 01 was pretty awesome! I was with Lindon, and he did a lot of cute stuff...
I know I never want to get married on Valentine's day. And probably not ever proposed to... I think thats cheesy cuz EVERYONE does it. I want that to be reserved for special dates, like, our "first dat" anniversary.... or our "i love you" anniversary... or something along those lines... ya know?
So, we were talking at work about what we, as chicks, want for Valentine's day.... And I've decided I want something plain and simple, yet hella romantic... Like, dinner, alone... not in a major public place... but NOT that I cook, cuz I always fucking cook... and not really that he cooked... like, grab, chinese, or BBQ or something, and be somewhere, ALONE... and of course, a cute and romantic card... or 5... and i really dislike flowers, and i'm trying to diet, so that kills the flowers and chocolates... but a really cute stuffed animal would rock... oh oh oh, and since i probably have to work, I've always wanted something delivered to work. (it's on a thursday... so yeah, i'll probably have to work, WHINE WHINE WHINE lmao) OOOHH, so like, balloons and maybe some flowers... like, daises... and a stuffed animal delivered to work. Yup. That would rock.

I dunno... of everything, the one thing I want the most, is something, quiet, and romantic, and, just US... ya know? Men don't ever listen when they ASK what you want... they hear what they want to hear... assholes... lol ANd somehow I always get stuck "celebrating dennis' birthday".... which, obviously isn't very joyous. But, still... I dunno. Everyone I know is discussing what they want for valentine's day... and I'm like, the queen of romantic shit... i mean, GOD i go overboard with cute shit... cuz I'm like that... So i'm always coming up with cute ideas of what to do...
Anyways, I dunno... with the topic being out there... i've started thinking about it... i dunno... i don't want anything overboard... i want, romance damnit!!! Just, something, sweet. That i'll remember 20 years from now... ya know? I dunno, seems like it's too much to ask for... a MAN being ROMANTIC... I should just be a lesbian :D lol
Ok, although, I have to give Adam credit, he is doing an amazing job on the boyfriend front. i couldn't ask for a more amazing boyfriend... He is everything to me.
