Shut yourself down and become numb, for lying to them all is really showing them you love. Showing them what its like to never feel happy could only kill the slightest glimpse of hope they have that you aren't really ill.
Or are you, maybe its all locked up in your head these thoughts irrational, desiring death, to be gone, away, escaping it all, the easy way out, or perhaps not the route at all.
