If we act as if every one in the world was nice to us things might change. If you are beaten and battered, if you have been pushed down, and trampled, get up. Life goes on. Make a difference, save someone from the same pain you feel. Be an understanding person they can trust and lean on. YOU can make a difference!
After my life is done, and I am laying in the ground getting decomposed by bugs and maggots, I want to be able to smile. I want my spirit to have the ability, have the right, to sit on my grave stone and have no regrets. I WILL be proud and content with who I am and what I’ve done when I die.
My reason to live is not for the future, not for the past, not for myself, but for you. I live my life for the world. Making a difference is my goal in life, and it IS one I will achieve. Kindness, how do you define kindness? Kindness to me is a selfless act in which the doer receives nothing in return. Kindness is an act in which changes a life or sets into effect the movement of change. If put myself aside for everyone I meet, and do anything and everything I can to help them, influence them, change their life I will be happy. I do not expect anything in return, I do not expect to be remembered, noticed, or even happy, but I do it any way. Why, because that’s who I am. I will love this world and every thing in it until I die. No matter how cold or dark it may be. If the world is a dark and cold world, then maybe to someone, someone important and being smothered in darkness, maybe to that someone I can be their light. I can be their warmth. I can be that small flame on the candle that leads their way. This is my purpose! With out kindness would we really be able to go any further in this dark, cold, vast cave that we call life? Without this depression, this repression, this darkness would we call life would we really be able to be happy?
My question to the world though is: in a cave, a dark, vast cave , there is something that will change the world. The person who discovers this uses a candle’s flame to see it and light the way. Who/ what would get he credit? The person made the discovery, while without the candle it would not have been made. In this world do we over look, and take for granted those objects that make our existence possible. Do we take for granted our surroundings in our world ?
My thoughts of randomness have a reason, they have a purpose, without them I would not question life. I would not question anything. I do not like to be vain nor do I like to cause pain, but in life I have realized that pain is a necessity. I have also realized that selfishness is a necessity as well. Without pain you can not have happiness. Just as if you do not taste sweet you can not taste sour. You can not have one without the other. Selflessness is impossible to achieve. Everyone is selfish. No matter the amount of selflessness you show, you do it because you want to. Want being an act of selfishness, therefore selflessness is really selfishness that helps others. So in turn to be selfless you must be selfish.
He shoves a gun in his mouth and eats the bullets as his finger pulls the trigger. What he did was wrong ? What he did was selfless, kind? Suicide they say is selfish, but is it really selfish? What if their death opened an opportunity for someone else? What if a child killed himself , an investigation takes place and his little sister is saved from being beaten to death, because they found the parents abusive, would it be selfish then? Selfish because he didn’t want to feel pain any more, or selflessness because he knew by killing himself something would be done? What is the ultimate selflessness ….. I don’t think anyone knows.
My life has had many twists and many turns. My life has been as dark as the deepest part of hell, but as bright as the hottest part of the sun. every life has its good as well as its bad. Life doesn’t choose who you will be, YOU DO!! You have the choice and the power to decide who and what you will be. It does not depend on how much good or how much bad a person has suffered in their life. It does depend on how a person handles a situation given, good or bad. Their actions then will have an effect on the ultimate outcome of who that person will become.
Why do we live in the past? Why do we dwell over the history of our lives? The past is the key to the future, the past is important. Without it we would still be babies. With out a past we would not be who we are today, we would continue to make the same mistakes over and over . Past is most important because it use to be tomorrow and today. Now it is history.
Why do we obsess over the future, when it is something we do not know? If we do not live for today then tomorrow will be the same.
I look in the mirror and I see me. I see who I am; what I’ve done. I close my eyes I see who I could be, who I will be; what I could do, what I will do! This is my dream, and it will become my reality.
