I see you. You're laying there. You're always so pretty, Why did you get lost in your sorrow? Your body filled with tubes and needles.. Liquids being pumped inside you, as you're hooked to all these machines.. Your body wrapped in a white blanket, You seem to be peacefully sleeping. Don't cry now, It's gonna be okay. We need you, We love you, Don't you know? You broke And everyone else is having trouble now. It's hard to stay glued together, When you're not awake to help us. Tears fall from the others, They love you so much. It hurts to see you like this, To think we almost lost you. I wish there was more we could do, But we can only wait here, At your side, For you to wake. We know you're trying, Your eyes have fluttered open for a few seconds here and there. "Morning Sunshine" We long to say, But you fell back asleep. So we'll just sit here waiting at your side for you to wake up again. We know you're a fighter, You can pull through this. Maybe you just needed a break, We all do from time to time. Just not like this.. Wake up Sissy. I know things didn't go right, And things never always will. But you have to keep trying. Be Strong. We'll get through it.
