Well, I fond out today that my Son is leaving 4 days earlier than planned for Basic Training. I'm sad. I am so glad that I requested that week prior to him leaving as vacation. He wasn't supposed to leave until the 9th of Feb, but I guess he is going to be leaving the 5th and staying where they have been doing drills as some sort of pre training prior to departing for Fort Sill on Mon the 9th. He will be gone for up to 12 weeks.
Time is going by so fast...
