two things. 1. what is going on with the beach in southern california .?. Its though something scared the waves away and forced the water right up to PHC. Havent seen the water come closer than 25 ft infront of the lifegaurd towers. 2. Southern , CA use to be so sweet an WoW bam. you talk to a few family an friends add a oil man its gone an youv've taken a childs home an his life.
