POTATOES ROMANOFF
5 cups cooked potatoes, cubed
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup sour cream
2 cups creamed cottage cheese
1/4 cup minced green onions
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
paprika
Mix, salt, sour cream, cottage cheese, garlic and onions and stir into potatoes. Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
