1/2 lb. turkey breast, sliced thin
1 clove garlic, minced
2 scallions, sliced diagonally
2 med. carrots, sliced diagonally
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/2 c. broccoli tops, cut up
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 c. cooked pasta
Stir fry meat in hot oil for 2 minutes. Add garlic and onion. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add remaining fresh vegetables and stir fry until crisp. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Add pasta and cook 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
