6 pork chops
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350F.

Put chops in a baking dish in a single layer.

Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.

Cover and bake 1 hour.

Uncover and bake 30 minutes, basting occasionally.

I used 1tbs soy sauce, instead of 1 tsp. and only cooked them uncovered for only 10 minutes. Course I only had 4 porkchops, but my kids loved them!!
