The UK National Health Service has been passing out pamphlets to teenage students, promoting them to have good sex frequently.
"An orgasm a day, keeps the doctor's away" is the slogan behind the message.
According to The Examiner, the pamphlet read: "Health promotion experts advocate five portions of fruit and veg a day and 30 minutes physical activity three times a week. What about sex or masturbation twice a week?"
The circular was passed out to parents, teachers and youth workers. It also encourages people to have sex regularly for a cardio workout.
While some believe the catchphrase is irresponsible, the creators of the leaflet fell differently.
The author and director of the Center of HIV and Sexual Health at the UK NHS believes that as long as teens are educated about sex and it's sexually transmitted diseases, there is no particular reason for anyone to lack a good healthy sex life.
