Turn the TV off while trying to get anything important done that actually has time constraints. Cause, ya know, if Colin Farrell happens to make a guest appearance on a show and you aren't expecting it, and hear that charmingly lilting Irish accent, you will be compelled to watch and aren't gonna get anything done until that show is over.
Sigh.
