As most of you know, I lost my son last month in an ATV accident. My life since then has been a nightmare of tears and pain. My family and I have been taking some comfort in the fact that Dixon was able to donate his organs and tissues to others. I am very proud that he was my son and I miss him so very much.
My family and I have decided to start a scholarship in Dixon's name. He should have graduated with the class of 2010. We have started raising funds so that we can give the first scholarship to his classmates. If anyone would like to donate to this fund, we would greatly appreciate it. We will be doing several fundraisers throughout the year.
