As I lie here, alone in the dark

As I die here, with my broken heart

Do you hear me, as I cry out in pain?

Wanting you near me, I have only myself to blame.

Why did I have to go?

Tell me, why must I suffer so?

Your love was my ticket out

Gave it all up cause I was in doubt.

I was young and unknowing

The world was cold and dark

You came to mme and lit up my life

Started a fire in my heart and brought my soul to life

I pushed your love away

And now I'm here to stay

In this life so dark and cold

Suffering for what I've done

You'll never know what you ment to me

You'll never know what you did to me

For I have closed off myself to you

Caused my pain and loneliness too.......

I look into the mirror and what I see is not what I feel,

Pain and sorrow never show as long as I smile.

This person before me, who is she?

How can I be this shadow, this empty vessel of unhappiness?

Now the room is dark, filled with clouds of hurt,

I stare at her in the mirror and try to remember when it was bright.

A time when the sun shined and the glow of cheerful desires where within reach,

When love was a feeling I knew all too well.

I turn away; don’t want to face her now.

Sitting here crying the nights away, alone and sad,

Wishing for the time before when all was amazing.

Picking up her heart as I watch in the mirror this girl who is not me,

This is too real to feel.

Why did you do this to her? How can you walk away?

When will the pain stop? Will she be able to go on?

She lies on the bed and is outlined by the moonlight,

As her tears slowly start to stop and she finally is able to sleep.

She knows tomorrow will be better but for now tonight is all she has.

Escaping into her dreams where there is no pain and sorrow,

And for the time being she is happy…….

You are the sunshine to my day, the moons glow to my night
The soft sand between my toes, cold water rushing over them
Your voice like the melody of a sweet morning breeze
Surrounding me in many ways, you make everything that much better.
I cant remember how I got by with out you, dont want to know till I die.
Everyday is but a dream, life plays this song that dances through my head
It shows love, happiness and pure joy. Now that it plays my ears cant
live with out it, my soul needs it, my heart will break if it goes away.

WITH ALL MY HEART WITH ALL MY SOUL YOU'RE ALL I NEED TO MAKE ME WHOLE. WITH EVERY NOTE THAT I HAVE LEFT I WILL SCREAM WITH EVERY BREATH. NO OTHER WAY BUT EVERYDAY TO SHOW YOU ALL I MEAN TO SAY. SO I WILL SHOUT THIS OUT SO TRUE FROM EVERY ROOF, CUZ I LOVE YOU.

There in the moonlite she stands, helpless and alone. Dare she walk into the shadows before her. Her blood pulsing through her viens. With every breath her breast rise and fall. She is but slender build, and knows not what waits her down the dark path. She pulls her coat tight and steps towards the lonely path to home. Wind whistles through the empty trees along the sidewalk.

He watches her move, swaying through the falling leaves of the cold Autumn night. Standing there across the street apond the second floor fire escape of an old building, he can smell her blood, warm like fire. He watches as she walks briskly towards the long awaited light post. He wonders why she chooses every nite to cute through the park instead of staying in the constint light of the street. It only cuts off maybe five minutes but yet she bravely chooses that path every time.

She looks up at the moon and is reminded why she walks in the park so late at night. This year, yes, so special indeed, has it been that long already she thinks. Ten years this Sunday, her father whom she loved so dear was killed in a riot at the park trying to save a little girl from being stomped on. Every night for about the past month she has taken this short cut, so that she can stop and sit beside his memorial stone.

He had never watched her so closely before. Her hair long, golden brown bounced with every step she took. Her body, curves her clothes cling to even under her coat, you could tell. She was beautiful, he had never seen someone so peaceful looking. He wanted to touch her, to kiss softly on her neck. But he kept away, in fear of what she would think of him.

(Kristopher Addy, looks to be maybe mid 20s. With his long, blonde hair and crystal clear blue eyes, He was a catch to anyones eyes. His fit build and quick reflexes gave him such a feathery light step when he approached, which startled most. But a last his freedom chained to the night, forever an outcast among those he once shared fond memories with.)

Friendship is like a rare stone, precious and different in every one. True friends are bonds of unbreakable trust and understanding. love is more powerfull then any man made thing, yet doesn't have to be showen to be known. Peace is within the knowledge of truth. Cherish the stones which you carry, strengthen the bonds you will create, feel what you feel cause it is whats true but let no one convice you other wise.

I wrote this today and I cant think of a title for it, any suggestions??

Walking along the water front you feel alone,
Waves crashing, as the breeze brushes again your face.
Lifes problems weighing you down, you feel lost,
Head hung low, as sadness creeps around you.
A shinning light apears in front of you,
You feel the warmth, and it pleases you.
A single star above you, you feel at ease,
even on this cold nite, your heart is warmed beyond belief.
Your not alone, Im hear with you,
Your not lost, I'll show you the way.
Friendship pays to those who need it,
Brings happiness, and joy to those who cherish it.
Let me in for I can help,
Let me walk with you, so your not alone.
Raise your head so I can see you,
Happy days push away the sadness,
Cause with friendship's love there is no darkness,
With friendship's trust you wont be lost.
With friendship's understanding you can be who you are.
I give all this to you, from heart, mind, body and soul.
I'll be your shinning light forever more.....
