i bought it last month. its a 32gb 4th generation ipod touch. it freezes alot, or flat out glitches, or just kicks me out of apps. it wont sync with my laptop, it keeps telling me it cant find the disk on my program.. idk.. should i just have apple replace it? any suggestions? anyone else have this problem?
