we're about to do some network maintenance, things might be rough for the next hour or so (2:30-3:30PM PST). please return your tray tables and seats to their upright positions and turn off all cell phones and other electrical devices! in the event of an emergency air masks will drop from the compartment above you. your seat cusion also doubles as a flotation device!
