Ingredients:
1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups)
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1 can (about 15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans (5 oz. each) Swanson® Premium Chunk Chicken, drained
Directions:
MIX broth, cumin, black pepper, onion and green pepper in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover.
COOK over low heat 20 min. or until rice is done.
ADD beans and chicken and heat through.
