Believe it or not . . .
I am!
When I got here I was surrounded by my family,
Heck - At one point it was over whelming!
(five of them against one of me)
5 of them talking to me at once ...
asking questions (etc)...
So I drop them off at the airport late last night ...
And it was sad.
I go across the (US) Country to see them for the first time in 5 years and Just get flooded with the joy of seeing everyone
- NOW -
I'm surrounded by everything thats 'them'
I mean their whole house is made up of 'them':
Pictures
Clothes
Animals
Books
All little reminders of this adorable loving family ...
and their quirks!
My sisters cleaning compulsion is seen and noticed
as I look around and note nothing out of place.
My Bother-in-laws Half started home projects
that were clearly disrupted by the 500 tape/disc of movies
that is his own pre-occupication!
lol
My three beautiful nieces personal effects like:
Madisons books placed around that reflect her screen name "SmartBlonde",
being the reason I've got the privilege to house sit ...
her family all seeing her off in style
to start attending U of M (Miami) for pre-med.
Christa's animals that
- at only one day -
are rebelling against the
smiling uncle
who surely cant take care of them
like their girl ...
(a vet student starting this fall)
And The baby of the family
Alexsandra's teen girls beauty books &
regular high school girly thing all about.
So, All these factor into my feeling of loneliness ...
Now with the big inviting house to attend to . . .
A pool,
Jacuzzi,
- a n d -
ONLY Sin City right outside -
you think I'd be content?
Here's Greg in a nutshell:
I ENJOY going to work,
I'm extremely compulsive -
so work helps with that.
I love my family back home,
My Lexy floods my thoughts
whenever I think of joy,
she fills my head quickly.
Top it off -
I'm highly anticipating the arrival
of my soul mate,
Who will join me in 7 days.
The anticipation for that alone
will drive a man insane!
lol
I know my loneness is temporary,
here soon I'll be overjoyed
even more so
than when I first arrived here
and was so lovingly welcomed.
Funny
writing that
just kicked up my anticipation level up
even more!
So my FU crew of friends,
I come here to all my friends as in real life,
when one is down -
seek the warmth and friendship
of the people that can brighten your day ...
As you all know,
I come here to see each of you everyday,
so Why let a little loneliness
and 2000 miles make any difference?
Although I'm lost without my 'gif' greetings files
(to say hello)
I still have the same heart
that was put into those ...
right here :)
So my friends ...
Can I get surrounded by some
FU-luv
today?
lol
Winston my house mate for the duration
