                       PRINCE JESSE'S PREMARITAL AGREEMENT

BE IT KNOWN, this Agreement is entered into on the _____ day of _____ , 20____, between ___PRINCE_JESSE___ ("Prospective Husband") and ________________________________ ("Prospective Princess Possy  Wife") (collectively, the "Parties").



WHEREAS, the Parties contemplate legal FUBAR marriage under the laws of the State of __FUBAR.COM__, and it is their mutual desire to enter into this Agreement so that they will continue to own and control their own property described in Schedules A, B, C, and D, attached hereto, and are getting married because of their love for ATTENTION or for Love of the Prince himself  but do not desire that their present respective financial interests be changed by their marriage.



NOW, therefore, it is agreed as follows:

1. All property which belongs to each of the above Parties shall be, and shall forever remain, their personal estate. *Meaning What was yours before the marriage is yours after the marriage in case of divorce*

2. The Parties shall have at all times the full right and authority, in all respects the same as each would have if not married, to use, sell, enjoy, manage, gift and convey all property that presently belongs to him or her. *Meaning you can use/sell/or do whatever with your personal stuff*

3. In the event of a separation or divorce, the Parties shall have no right against each other by way of claims for support, alimony, maintenance, compensation or division of property existing of this date. *Meaning IF you get Divorced you can't ask Jesse for anything...fubux etc etc You LEAVE with what you came in with...NO DRAMA can be started IN case of a Divorce.*

4. In the event of separation or divorce, marital property acquired after marriage shall nevertheless remain your own. *Meaning whats yours is your's and what's his is his*

5. In this agreement NO Wife can question Prince Jesse IN any way shape or form who he is talking to or doing anything with on the side. *Meaning mind your business you can't ask him who he is talking to*

6. In this agreement NO Wife can question or Intervene IN Prince Jesse's Friendship with Kongy. *or any other of his female friends*  *Meaning you can't throw a jealous tantrum over his female friends*

7. The Parties *Wives to be* agree that they will Not Throw Jealous Tantrums, Not Attack any other of Prince Jesse's Wives, Not Start Drama anywhere on Fubar land and/or Yahoo, Not Attack and/or insult, yell or bitch at Prince Jesse During PMS times. In The event of Divorce the wife in question can NOT slander Prince Jesse's Name. *Meaning you can’t throw tantrums, you can’t attack any other wife, you can’t start drama anywhere, you can’t attack or insult Prince Jesse, you can’t bitch at him when you’re PMS'ing.

8. NO Wife can attack and/or insult any of Prince Jesse's Mistresses OR His Girl Under the Desk Princess/Mistress/SugaMamma. *Meaning you can't insult any female that is claimed by the Prince Himself.*

9. This Agreement shall be enforced under the law of the State of ___FUBAR.COM___ at the time of the execution of this Agreement.

EACH PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT UNDERSTANDS THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, HE OR SHE PERMANENTLY SURRENDERS CLAIMS HE OR SHE WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE HAD.
