should an ex spouse with residential custody of the children, through common courtesy alone at least, notify the other parent of major life changes they've imposed on the children, such as moving to another town with no notification i found out a month later when the kids accidently told me about it, or not having the responsibility to let me know she'd moved a boyfriend in with them ( not jealous they are welcome to each other i been through for a long while) they are both of our kids and this impairs the ability to effectively work together for the kids benefit and future stability so should i run amok, or go back to court(again) and attempt to have stipulations imposed to protect my rights and responsibilities to my children.
ps. mainly ranting, i know what i gotta do but any helpful insight would be welcome  |
