Jenny's blog: "good stuff to eat"

This is always a favorite at my dinner table. This is especially good for children. Ingredients 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 medium yellow onion 1 10-oz. can condensed tomato soup 1 15-oz. can cut green beans 4-6 servings of mashed potatoes 1 C. shredded cheese (Colby, cheddar, American, etc.) Directions Cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Combine soup and green beans with cooked meat. Heat on medium/low for 10 minutes. Pour beef mixture into very large pie pan. Top with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Makes 4-6 servings.
