Yay! Among the films newly chosen to be archived by the Library of Congress's National Film Registry are Blazing Saddles, Fargo, Groundhog Day, Notorious, sex, lies and videotape, and The T.A.M.I. Show (a '64 concert film w/the Stones, James Brown, Beach Boys, Chuck Berry, Marvin Gaye, and lots of others).
The thought that "Candygram for Mongo!" is ensured to be preserved for future generations will make me sleep so much better tonight.
