TORONTO - Ken-Yon Rambo is getting another chance in the CFL. The Toronto Argonauts signed the veteran wide receiver on Tuesday and expect to have him at practice on Thursday. Rambo, 33, was released by the Calgary Stampeders at the end of training camp after being hammered by an Achilles tendon injury. Rambo, who won a Grey Cup with Calgary in 2008, is eighth on the Stamps all-time list for receptions (406) and receiving yards (5,995). The six-foot-one, 207-pound Ohio State product is also 10th on Calgarys all-time touchdown receptions list with 39. "Weve closely monitored Ken-Yons progress and weve been impressed by his commitment to healing his injury," Argos general manager Jim Barker said in a release. "Were now very interested to see him perform on the football field." Wholesale Jerseys . -- The Patriots acquired receiver Greg Salas from St. Wholesale Jerseys Paypal . The match lasted one hour 36 minutes, with second-seed Nestor and Mirnyi saving a match point in the tiebreaking third set. Mirnyi closed out the victory on his teams second opportunity with a winning volley to the open court.Canadas Mark de Jonge captured Olympic bronze in the mens K-1 200m on Day 15 of the London 2012 Olympic Games. Great Britains Ed McKeever, known as "Usain Bolt on water," won gold; Spains Saul Rivero Craviotto earned silver.   The race was extremely close throughout; a photo finish was needed to determine silver and bronze, but de Jonges time of 36.657 seconds was enough to land him on the podium. Craviotto and de Jonge were also stroke-for-stroke during their semi-final race on Day 14, with de Jonge coming out on top. London 2012 marks the debut of all 200-metre events; they replace the mens 500-metre events. De Jonge, 28, entered the competition as a wildcard, having not competed in a major national competition this season. He broke a finger during a spring training session and was sidelined for the 2012 World Cup season. "I didnt know what to expect," said de Jonge after the race. "I just had to squeeze oout everything I had.ddddddddddddquot; Just a few years ago, de Jonge did not think he would even have a chance to compete in the Olympic Games, let alone earn an Olympic medal.  After narrowly missing out on a trip to the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games as part of the mens K-4 500m crew, the sprint specialist put down his paddle and started a new chapter of his life as a civil engineer in his hometown of Halifax, N.S. But soon after officials announced the Olympic event change from 500- to 200-metre, de Jonge knew he would be back. He was granted a leave of absence from his career and took to the water once again. This is Canadas 18th medal of the London 2012 Olympic Games, and the third earned by a Canadian in a canoe/kayak event.  Adam van Koeverden won silver in the mens K-1 1000m, followed by a bronze medal by Mark Oldershaw in the mens C-1 1000m on Day 12. Canada is now tied with its Beijing 2008 medal count.  ' ' '
