REGINA -- The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed non-import kicker Sandro DeAngelis and import defensive lineman Jay Alford. Financial details of the agreements announced Monday were not released. The five-foot-nine, 195-pound DeAngelis is a five time West Division all-star, three time CFL all-star and was named Most Outstanding Canadian of the 2008 Grey Cup. The Niagara Falls, Ont., native joined the Calgary Stampeders in 2005, before signing with Hamilton for the 2010 season and most recently the Montreal Alouettes for 2011.
