Everyone is welcome who i got tonight yes all 190 of you lol ....Will run my GM probably sat or sun if u need a bomb or rekt sb me and let me know thats the best to let me know i get way too many mails and comments when its running.....after that probably a cpl months till im able to do it again..... love peace and chicken grease

my leg seems further along then my arm but both are coming along nicely.....had my progress test for each one this week they were happy with the progress of both.....thats about all what new with me just progressing with my therapy and doing my daily exercise be good everyone

Therapy/rehab is going well just taking one day at a time....can move my arm about halfway now leg is getting stronger as well...ty for all the ppl with the warm wishes they meant alot
