As I sit here today, looking at my team and all their hard work, the flag catches my eye. Fluttering in the warm breeze, the colors are brilliant and remind me for which they stand. And with that, the memories of the great men and women of our grateful nation, that have given the ultimate sacrifice so that flag can remain. I’m reminded of the heroes that were emblazoned in newsreels, storming the beaches of Normandy, the hallowed ground that’s known as Gettysburg, the cold winter at Valley forge, to the jungles of Vietnam. Thoughts go out to loved ones lost and friends long gone. I’m grateful that they made their choice so this country could live. So, this weekend, while you’re spending time with your families, take a moment to give thanks to our heroes, our men and women in uniform, who have died so we could remain free. Happ
