Hey everyone , Hope the Season is treating you all well so far.
So , I would like to make this year (For Christmas Day) ; a Pot Roast,Roasted beef ,Prime rib ,Lamb
one of the four , depending on cut and availability .
Question is ,
Should I cook it with a aged Brandy,Sherry , or just a really nice Red wine .
Iβm open to suggestions as well.
Also, Is it too early to buy the meat? |
