I have been using this Crest 3D White toothpaste, and I have to say it works very well.  My teeth are pretty damn white, especially since I am a smoker and all. 

Yesterday, I took a look at the back of it, and saw the warning label:

Warnings  Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age.  If more than used for brushing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away.
