We have finally gotten to have over night visitation of my son after four months of fighting with his grandparents. Grandparents have him due to four years ago going through a divorce and not home or financially stable. We are happy to have him once again . But here's the dilemma: He's told us that the grandparents have discussed the court operations in front of him and told him that the only reason why he wasn't coming over for a while was because I wouldn't sign the papers. He then states that the other reason he was told was there were to many cats which we got rid of in December.
Should we:
A) Get a Guardian for him
or
B) Just take them to court and get custody? |
